scorchi0 1 post · Joined 2010. #2 · Nov 8, 2010. The fact that the radio stays on and you get the key-in beeping noise, sounds like the ignition switch is faulty. It might be the case on these cars that the central locking signal from the remote is ignored when the ignition is switched on, therefore if your ignition switch is faulty and not theproblem with DAB is depending on where you are if you are in area of low reception it can't find the signal but won't tell you that. also DAB is like DTB TV you get a signal or you don't it's not like FM where it will pick up a bad signal. As i said speak to the dealer at least they may lend you a manual.

The auto time update is set via the RDS signal of the radio, rather than a direct link to the atomic clock at Rugby, so it could well be the fault of whichever radio station
