The 109\111\115\120 are the same models,they are the new shape Vito,s, the 109\111\115 have different turbo psi,s ,hence power outputs, 109"88 bhp" being the lowest ,120"204 bhp" being the highest.The 120 is newer and may have a completely different engine as far as i know.They all have rear wheel drive to. The "112" is an older shaped vito.

The 109 will have 3.727 ratio while the 111 & 115 has 3.273 ratio. So while you can have the 109 remapped it will always be slightly under geared and hence have to rev higher for a given top speed on a m-way. There is an option for a 3.455 but this too will handicap your cruising top speed. My advice is well documented, go for; LWB.
